Reservation Policy
A deposit of one night's lodging is required to confirm your reservation, and is credited to the last night of your stay. A $200 advance deposit is required for weekly rentals.
All deposits must be received within 7 days of making a reservation. The management will not be responsible for inclement weather or early departure.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable minus a $25 service fee if cancelled 3 weeks before the reserved arrival date or 4 weeks for holiday reservations.
